Dr. Peymaneh Ghasemi Afshar has a Ph.D. degree in Food Science and Technology. She currently works as an assistant professor at the Department of Food Science and Technology, IAU, Zanjan, Iran and has numerous teaching and research experiences. She was a member of some technical committee of INSO in the fields of food Science. Furthermore, she cooperates as a reviewer of some international food journals.

Prof. Dr. Rania Ibrahim Mohammad Almoselhy completed her education at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. She is working as an Associate Professor of Food Science and Technology at Food Technology Research Institute, Agricultural Research Center (ARC), Giza, Egypt.

She has published so many research review articles and dissertations. She is an imminent member of various societies in Egypt that are Egyptian Society of Food Science and Technology, the Egyptian Society of Food Safety and Manufacturing, and the Egyptian Nutrition Society – National Nutrition Institute – Ministry of Health.

She has participated in many communities for Social development and has a lot of training experience.

EnderProf. Przemysław J. Tomasik, MD, graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He is an active pediatrician and pathologist (consultant). He received the honorable completion of doctoral studies 1999 (PhD thesis: The function of the entero-island axis in children with eating disorders), habilitation 2011 (thesis: Secretion of selected peptides of the gastrointestinal tract and adipose tissue in infants). He works as a researcher and academic teacher at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry of the Institute of Pediatrics, Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University, and practices at the University Children's Hospital in Krakow. He is the author of over 120 full-length papers, a participant of over 100 scientific conferences, lecturer at several dozen postgraduate courses. Tutor of 3 completed doctoral students. And he is currently serving as a consultant in the laboratory diagnostics of the Lesser Poland province. He is also a member of the Scientific Research Committee in University Children's Hospital and coordinator of POCT in the Hospital.
