Abstract: The foremost impact of healthcare system is for the individuals to have the right and privileges to access enhanced healthcare services. The demand for health, innovation and sustainable healthcare systems has also been gaining better prominence and consideration in numerous countries, and it is perceived as one of the major contributors to the economic growth and development. This paper looks at the dynamic drivers of healthcare expenditure in Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries from 1990 to 2015. The dynamic panel system Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) technique was used for the study analysis. The findings show that the income, life expectancy, share of population between the age group of 65 years and above, share of population age under 15 years, out-of-pocket payment, research and development (technology) in healthcare and consumer price index were the drivers of healthcare expenditure in OIC countries. In view of this, the study differs from recent and previous studies, because the study offers novel empirical findings as the income per capita is above one, which is about 1.90 and inelastic. This proves that healthcare in OIC countries is a luxury goods.

Abstract: This study evaluates different wavelengths of LED therapy in Wistar rats skin injuries. LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) are phototherapeutic resource nowadays, since it is considered a good alternative to Low Level Laser Therapy in injury healing because of the lower cost. Twenty-five male Wistar rats were divided in five groups: Control, Red LED (630-780 nm), Green LED (490-565 nm), Blue LED (440-490 nm) and Yellow LED (590-630 nm). It´s a experimental research that it was performed during 4 weeks. Twenty-four hours after surgical injury (1cm²) was applied LED therapy for 6 minutes during five days. Red LED presented best anti-edematous effects in comparison to the other wavebands. The perimeters were reduced in all groups, but in Green and Red LED groups were significantly diminished (p<0,05) when compared to control and Blue LED groups. The best result of area was with Green LED and worst results with Blue LED. The use of non collimated phototherapy with Red, Green, Yellow and Blue LEDs improves the wounds healing process, mainly with Red wavelength. The non collimated phototherapy with LEDs could be included in Physiotherapy practice for wound healing improvement because of the lower cost in comparison with Low Level Laser Therapy and the benefits of irradiate a bigger area.

Abstract: Understanding the phylogenetic origin of a concept of innovation stands as the main precipice in establishing a sustainable concept of innovation. And as a scientific direction in studying emergence, distribution and commercialization of innovations. Primary Novelty of present article is expressed through analysis of neoindustrialization as a process of transition to a new economic paradigm through renewal of industrial infrastructure and its form of organization in a Technetronic phase of development. Comparative, comprehensive and factor analysis stands as the main methodology for the present article. Primary data consists of government and commercial statistics. The empirical analysis shows the importance of the vertically integrated structures in the course of new cluster development as well as their weight and importance in the development of the modern digital economy.

Results of a research of Economist Intelligence Unit in 82 countries of the world say that such countries as Mexico or China, quickly improve the skills in the field of innovations. The research allowed being elicited one remarkable fact: the countries with the average level of economic welfare have additional benefits that introduction of domestic innovative developments stimulates also faster development of foreign experience.

Abstract: One family of heterogeneous strategies in differential games with (a)symmetric players is developed in which one player adopts an anticipating open-loop strategy and the other adopts a standard Markovian strategy. Via conjecturing principle, the anticipating open-loop strategic player plans her strategy based on the possible updating the rival player may take. These asymmetric strategies should be appropriate choices in some modelling circumstances and they frame one of the infinitely many non-degenerate Markovian Nash Equilibrium. Except the stationary path, this kind of strategy makes the study of short-run trajectory possible, which usually are not subgame perfect. However, the short-run non-perfection may provide very important policy suggestions.

Abstract: At the turn of the 21st Century, the world of work is experiencing phenomenal changes both at the workplace and in its work force. The reward output provided by organization may not commensurate with the input of personnel. This study therefore examined the predictability of dimensions of pay satisfaction on work engagement among military and civilian personnel in a Military Hospital in Nigeria. This study adopted cross-sectional survey utilizing an ex-post facto research design. A purposive sampling method was used to draw 256 participants comprising of 101 (39.5%) military and 155 (60.5) civilian personnel who completed structured psychological tests. Multiple regression and independent t test were used to analyse the data collected. The result showed that all the four dimensions of pay satisfaction which are (pay level, benefit, raise, and pay structure) jointly accounted for 16.7% of the total variation in work engagement. It is only one of the four dimensions of pay satisfaction (pay structure) that showed independent significant prediction of work engagement. Military personnel did not significantly manifest higher level of work engagement than civilian personnel. The implications of the result were discussed in line with management and sustainability of employment relationships in the world of work.
