Abate Bekele Belachew - Profile
Prof. Abate Bekele Belachew graduated from the Institute of Public Health, University of Gondar, Ethiopia, in 2010. Since then, he worked as a public health expert in various positions in a primary health care setting for three consecutive years until he started his specialization in 2013. He received his Biostatistics and Health Informatics specialization in 2015 with a thesis entitled "Individual and community-level factors associated with the introduction of prelacteal feeding in Ethiopia" from the School of Public Health, Mekelle University, Ethiopia. He worked as a lecturer and researcher between 2015 and 2019, after which he became a lecturer at Mekelle University, School of Public Health. Given his significant achievements in research, teaching, and community services, he became an assistant professor in March 2019. In October 2019, he joined the School of Public Health, Arba Minch University, Ethiopia, where he worked as a senior lecturer and researcher for about a year. Currently, he is studying for a doctoral degree within a project entitled "Molecular and Environmental basis for asthma in changing climate" in the University of Oulu, Center for Environmental and Respiratory Health Research, Oulu, Finland, from March 2020. Andrej M Grjibovski, MD, MPhil, Dr.med Born in 1975 in Severodvinsk, Northwest Russia. Senior advisor at the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, Oslo, Norway (2002-present). Director of the International School of Public Health at the Northern State Medical University, Arkhangelsk, Russia (2009-2014). Professor (20% position) at the University of Tromsø, Norway (2009-2013). Professor at the International Kazakh-Turkish University, Turkestan, Kazakhstan (2015-). Professor of Public Health at the North-Eastern Federal University, Yakutsk, Russia (2016-). Graduated with honors from the Northern State Medical University (Arkhangelsk, Russia) in 1998. Obtained Master of Philosophy degree in International Community Health in Oslo University, Norway, in 2003 and doctoral degree in Medicine (dr.med) from Karolinska Insitute, Stockholm, Sweden. Paolo Polidori - Profile
Paolo Polidori is a full professor of Animal Feeding and Nutrition; he is very competent about animal source foods, such as milk, meat, and eggs. Most of these foods are widely used in infant nutrition, especially milk, which is the main food in children's diets.
He believes that it is essential to describe nutritional quality parameters in animal source foods adequately to avoid the risk of transforming children into herbivores, replacing milk with plant beverages, i.e., soy milk, almond milk, etc.
