Legal Protection for Women Victims of Trafficking in Indonesia in an International Human Rights Perspective - Pages 1397-1404

Abstract: The research aims to analyze the legal protection of women victims of trafficking in Indonesia in an international human rights perspective. The type of research used is empirical normative legal research. The data obtained from this study is primary and secondary data obtained from the results of field research and literature analyzed and reviewed its legal relevance and used to decipher conceptions and theories used in this study, then the data obtained is analyzed qualitatively through a statute approach and conceptual approach. The results of this study show that the legal protection of women victims of people trafficking in the perspective of International Human Rights is found in Act of number 21/2007 about the Eradication of People Trafficking Crimes, but the provision of a form of protection against female victims is not supported by implementing regulations, such as government regulations.

Impact of the Meaningfulness of Life on the Daily Activities of Industrial Workers - Pages 1405-1417

Abstract: Footwear craft is one of the superior products that is distributed in the 3 districts in Bogor Regency. This sector has the potential to absorb labor in order to reduce unemployment and also affect the community's economy. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of a meaningful life on the work ethic of Muslim footwear craftsmen in Bogor Regency. Samples were taken from 316 craftsmen in 3 districts, namely Ciomas, Tamansari, and Dramaga in Bogor Regency. Quantitative research methods and data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling with Lisrel 8.8 software, was used to test the hypothesis. Furthermore, the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) value of the Structural Equation Model was 0.92. However, when the calculated GFI value is greater than the critical GFI, it can be considered good and the model suitable. The results showed that the meaning of life affects the Work Ethic of Muslim footwear craftsmen in Bogor Regency.

Abstract: The objectives of this study is to analyze information quality, customer relationship management on product quality, responsiveness, competitive advantage. This research type is a causal research with a quantitative approach. Population obtained from 82 export and import businessmen in Perak. Sample of study was taken with a saturated sampling technique, so the number of samples was 82 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is PLS analysis. The results in this study indicate that: (1) information quality has a significant effect on product quality; (2) information quality has a significant effect on responsiveness; (3) customer relationship management has a significant effect on responsiveness; (4) product quality has a significant effect on responsiveness; (5) product quality has a significant effect on competitive advantage; (6) responsiveness has a significant effect on competitive advantage.

Abstract: The purpose of the description of this study is to create a just and democratic safe society; security, justice and democracy can be achieved by diagnosing conflict as sublimation for differences in the language and culture of society. So that multicultural, multilingual education at least minimizes local, national and global community noise in overcoming vertical-horizontal conflicts. This study uses methods and techniques for analyzing general domain cultural themes to cultural sub themes; linear system relationships between components in education. The concept of multicultural, multilingual conflicting heterogeneity communities can help multicultural learning with the cultural-lingual approach; multimedia, multimetodic, multisite against the conflict of the heterogeneity community typically in the islands of the coast. Conflicting heterogeneity society is used as multicultural media learning media diagnostic material. Contrastive analysis of language and cultural conflicts is very helpful in diagnosing sublimation in an educational perspective. Hopefully the concepts of multicultural and multilingual community conflict in heterogeneity contribute in an educational perspective, namely multicultural and multilingual synthesis of local, national, and global in society elements.
