Abstract: The objective of this study is to identify the Eurasian vector of Georgia's political development implementation features and contradictions. The possibilities and extent of Georgia's participation in the Eurasian integration processes, as well as within various organizations (the Eurasian Economic Union, the Collective Security Treaty Organization, the Commonwealth of Independent States, etc.) are considered. The study analyzes the possibilities of Georgia's implementation of the Eurasian development vector in political, economic, social, cultural, scientific, educational and other spheres. The potential of the Eurasian Union development as an economic organization and its attractiveness for the Georgian state is studied. It is emphasized that relations and cooperation building between Georgia and Russia and other member States of the Eurasian Economic Union is possible only subject to strengthening of the existing financial and administrative organization structures and its economic capacity building. Special attention is paid to Russia's policy towards Georgia to attract it to integration processes taking place in the Eurasian space. The authors note the peculiarities and shortcomings of Russia's foreign policy aimed at bringing the two states closer together, and gives recommendations for their correction. Unresolved ethnic and political conflicts and the uncertain state and administrative status of Abkhazia and South Ossetia are considered as factors that may encourage Georgia to participate and possibly join these organizations in order to resolve the existing problems. The authors of the article come to a conclusion that the Eurasian vector of political development is becoming more and more popular in Georgian society against the background of a rather distant prospect of the country's joining the Euro-Atlantic structures, and the competition of these projects will in many ways determine Georgia's future internal and foreign policy.

Abstract: International criminal justice is a relatively new and uniquely distinct system of criminal justice. It combines international law and criminal law from various legal systems. Historically, international law applied only to States; however, it is now applied to individuals through its merging with criminal law. The majority of States have been genuinely unwilling or unable to prosecute those most responsible for the planning and commission of international crimes. This lack of genuine willingness to prosecute perpetrators of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity has resulted in the recent creation of multiple international criminal tribunals. The emergence of international and quasi-international criminal tribunals should not reflect the assumption that the idea of such courts is new. On the contrary, the idea and discussions for creating international criminal tribunals have been with us for well over a century. This article traces the evolution of international criminal tribunals starting from 1864. Each major debate to establish an international criminal tribunal is closely analyzed. The article concludes with analysis of the International Criminal Court.

Abstract: The author is engaged in a comprehensive, comparative study of the administrative procedure in Ukraine. In our country, there is no mechanism for the functioning of this institution for a number of objective and subjective reasons, which complicates the study. In this regard, the author refers to the doctrinal legislative and historical experience of such countries as the USA and European countries (Germany, France), since these countries have a fundamental and centuries-old history of the process of formation, development and modernization of the administrative procedure at different historical stages. The history creates law. The purpose of the work is to review the evolution of the administrative procedure and identify key historical and political events that triggered the mechanism of the administrative procedure in the above countries. The result of historical and legal research are the doctrinal concepts of scientists, which influenced the further formation and development of the administrative procedure. During the study, the author received unique knowledge that will be helpful not only in expanding the horizons of scientific knowledge, but also applying them during the writing a doctoral dissertation, which will be the first research work of this level in Ukraine.

Abstract: The axiological aspects of the self-preserving behaviour of Russian youth are considered on the basis of the data of sociological studies. The contradiction between the high value of health in the minds of modern youth declared and the underdevelopment of daily practices aimed at its preservation and strengthening is revealed. The probable causes of the contradiction are listed; they are related as to the specifics of this socio-demographic group, to its hedonistic orientation, to situational orientation of thinking, and also to the limited capacity of youth in relation to receiving medical and preventive services. Conclusion was made that it is necessary to form the axiological-and-motivational foundations of self-preserving behaviour of Russian youth as one of the most important directions in the implementation of the state policy to protect public health in general.
